**Corbenic Camphill Community**
We are recruiting for a Part-Time Support Worker working 20 hours per week.
You will be working in a team of staff managed by a House Co-ordinator and Assistant House Coordinator focusing on aspects of care within one of our small cosy houses.
General Responsibilities will include:
- Cooking and serving meals to residents.
- Administer high quality and person-centred care to adults with a variety of learning disabilities ensuring their wellbeing at all times.
- Assist with daily activities according to the wishes and needs of the resident, including transporting and accompanying them to health appointments and fun days out.
- Administer medication and contribute to strict record keeping
- Provide care for residents on outings and holidays on a one to one or group basis
- Contributes towards assessments, care plans and attends resident reviews when required.
- Works towards achieving SVQ3 in line with SSSC qualification and registration requirements
- Personal care, including assisting in washing, dressing, undressing, using the toilet, changing sanitary products, bathing and so on
