We are seeking to recruit an outstanding and highly motivated Induction Co-ordinator to join our growing team at HMP Channings Wood. You will be the first member of our team that most learners meet, so you can have a real impact on their education journey at HMP Channings Wood.

The successful applicant will be working in a highly dynamic learning environment and will need to be able to show flexibility and innovation in their approaches to learning. The postholder will be co-ordinating the Induction of the learners within HMP Channings Wood.

The successful applicant will hold sound IT and computer skills and ideally have experience within an Education setting and will either be a qualified teacher or assessor or being willing to work towards gaining a relevant qualification.

Experience of working with learners with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities and experience of working with offenders in/out of custody would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a part-time role, 29.6 hours per week.

**Salary**: £20,020.80-£22,231.20 per year
