We're Looking For:

- Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or 3) passionate about child-led learning in nature.
- Apprentices eager to pursue a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
- Unqualified staff who are eager to start their journey in Early Years Education with a love for the forest school model.

Location: Conveniently located on the borders of Croydon and Bromley, our forest nursery is easily accessible while feeling worlds away from the hustle and bustle.

Skills & Requirements:

- A passion for working with children and the Great Outdoors.
- An interest in the Forest School approach and its benefits for children's development.
- Experience with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and colleagues.
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to complete a DBS check (self-paid or part of the update service).
