The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the development of the recruitment strategy and attracting, engaging and hiring the best talent in the market. Reporting into the Head of Central HR, you will be an integral part of the UK HR Team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also take ownership of managing the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and the internal onboarding process for new hires.

The role will be home based, with travel to our Tamworth head office as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures of all central support functions to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
- Accountability for the recruitment activities and managing the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and closing
- Coordinate with hiring managers across the business to forecast future hiring needs
- Work with the Heads of Departments to understand internal succession and ensure continuous pipeline of internal and external talent
- Lead requirements for enabling processes and tools for succession planning, talent assessments and recruitment management
- Work with recruitment agencies to manage a strict PSL for specialist requirements
- Produce progress reports on recruitment activities on a weekly & monthly basis
- Enabling policies, processes and tools for recruitment
- Liaising with HR Administration and IT to ensure new starters are onboarded successfully
- Assistance with processing employee records

**Key and Desired Skills**:

- A strong knowledge of recruitment and operating in a strategic, partnership focused capacity
- Demonstrated ability to recruit into Senior Leadership roles and also entry level positions
- Ability to carry yourself professionally within a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment
- Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels
- A hands-on attitude with a flexible approach
- Strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Self-starter able to meet goals and deadlines
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Experience of using and effectively utilising ATS systems and HR databases
- The ability to thrive within a pressurised, fast-paced and ever-changing environment
