**Customer Journey Specialist**

**Salary: £28,595 per annum **with an increase on completion of 6 month probation.**

**Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.**

To support our Bodyshop we are looking for a** Customer Service Advisor** who has Customer service skills, excellent computer literacy skills and a Full UK Driving Licence.

We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and **we want you to be a part of it**

**The role will include, but is not limited to the following**:

- Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout
- Administrative duties, including liaising with customers and updating them
- Logistical planning and transport planning
- Occasional driving to collect/drop off vehicles

**What are we looking for?**
- Full Driving Licence
- Excellent computer literacy
- Customer service skills
- Experience of logistics (not essential)
