The role

Strategic Support Specialist

This exciting opportunity, would really suit someone who has a skill within internal communications, being able to create clear content relating to various parts of operations to share with the wider business, while remaining strategic to best practices and continuous improvement. It paves a way for promotional opportunities into multiple areas, such as reporting, business management, portfolio management, risk management and so on. What will you be doing?
- Manage our Operations Internal Communications and Engagement plan.
- Assist the wider Strategic Operations team, by providing support on
- Reporting, including reporting into our Ops SLT and COO.
- Risk and Compliance tracking
- Resourcing and Business Planning
- Governance frameworks and CI,
- Contribute to key regulatory activities such as Price Control.
- Own the document repository and the key events calendar, and be the Information Management Champion across Operations
- Identify areas of improvement within the team and drive them to completion.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop and underpin the Operational strategy.

What are we looking for?
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the ability to see things through to the end and a high level of resilience to overcome obstacles.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Packages, such as Presenter and Excel
- The ability to produce clear and concise communications and presentations, and who can influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Experience of managing projects, change, resourcing, risk or operational excellence.
- Previous experience of creating and improving governance frameworks, policies, and/or processes.
