**Job description**

**Title: Retail Sales at Drum Shop Washington**

You will be a key contributor to our sales success, using your skills to meet and exceed our sales goals. Working with our team, you will develop and implement promotions to drive sales and build brand awareness. You will also maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring we have the latest products and best deals available to our customers.

In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be responsible helping to maintain our online store, ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date. You will also manage and update the shop displays, pricing and general shop duties.

To be successful in this role, you must have goods sales, communication and problem-solving skills, be familiar with retail, and have strong desire to work within the musical instrument industry, enjoy socail media and work as part of a team.

Possible full time position in the future.

**Requirements**:

- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the correct products
- Discussing with customers better options and advice
- Maintaining our online store by updating product information, including setting up second hand drum equipment, and ensuring accuracy and relevance of website content, such as images, descriptions, and pricing
- Work with web team writing basic and publishing engaging content for our blog with a focus on SEO, training given
- Collaborating with our team to create and implement promotions
- Liaising with our suppliers to ensure we have the latest products and best deals
- Good excel skills
- Good iPhone photo skills for social media
- Providing face-to-face sales on the shop floor
