VUSE, part of British American Tobacco since 2017, have an exciting opportunity for a confident & outgoing full time (40 hours) Retail Sales Assistant to join the team based at our store in Washington (NE38).

As a Retail Sales Assistant your base salary will be £20,280 (£9.75 / hour), in addition we have an outstanding bonus structure which will allow you to earn up to 50% of your base

**Skills and Experience required **(Ideally in a retail setting but not essential):

- Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs to provide exceptional levels of service
- Enhanced listening skills
- Able to identify & maximise opportunities to up-sell & cross-sell
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly

**Retail Sales Assistant - Main duties**
- Providing customers with an outstanding experience
- Carrying out customer consultations to provide the best advice & products
- Promoting various offers through marketing and leafleting
- Supporting the site manager e.g., key-holding, single manning site

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.75 per hour
