Recruitment Account Coordinator

Working Hours - Mon-Fri 8am - 16:30 pm with some flexible working.

We have an excellent opportunity for Account Coordinator to join our team in Rugby. We’re looking for someone with drive, commitment and professionalism to join our team.
This role will involve travelling between our key client sites.

We are passionate about our workers and believe that engagement and interaction is key to their happiness at work, this role will be a mixture of office based administration and on the shop-floor supporting our workers.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

- Staff Engagement, interaction and support.
- Assessments & Induction for new hires
- Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising
- Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity onsite
- Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters
- Supporting site Account Manager with collation of data for review meetings
- Developing a strong working relationship at all levels

As this role involves travel between our branch and sites a full driving license and own vehicle is essential.

Must have strong administration skills including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel and be capable of remaining calm whilst working in a high pressure environment

This is a permanent position with long term career progression.
