PMF Ltd are a precision metal manufacturing company working across many sectors within the UK. A modern company with forward thinking practices and approaches to staff and technology.

Working from our manufacturing facility in East Lancashire, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Production Operative to work on our CNC machinery. PMF Limited is a small family-owned business based in Great Harwood. Our goal is to offer and supply bespoke flashings and profiles to our nationwide customers.

**Role**
You will be using CNC machinery to bend bespoke orders together with general workshop duties and housekeeping within our busy machinery industrial unit.

**Responsibilities**
- Completing orders on CNC machinery (full training will be provided)
- Machine maintenance (full training will be provided)
- Manual Handling / General Housekeeping

**Qualifications**
- Clear understanding of general health and safety and manual handling
- Good communication and interaction skills
- Experience in engineering or sheet metal works is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
- Forklift truck licence beneficial though not essential
- Driving Licence (preferred)

The role offers competitive rates of pay with excellent company benefits including company pension.
- **Working hours**: 06:00 - 14:00 (Mon - Fri) with Friday’s early finishes (12:00) 38 hours per week
- **Pay rate**: From £12.00Ph experience depending
- **Attendance bonus**: £25.00 Per week
- **Overtime**: paid at x1.5

Working hours are Monday to Friday (6am - 2pm) with the opportunity to undertake overtime with every Friday early finishes (12:00).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
