We are recruiting for an **Experienced Sales Negotiator **to work as part of our vibrant sales team in our fast-paced, customer service-driven Estate Agency.

Due to an increase in business within our sales department we are looking for a sales negotiator to join our team.

**The Role**:
Will be mainly office based working Monday to Friday with Saturday work on a rota basis.
In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Being the first point of contact for enquiries; face to face, on the telephone and in writing
- Registering applicants, booking viewings and valuations
- First class customer service - keeping in regular contact with all vendors
- Generating and booking valuations
- Negotiating offers, getting deals agreed in a timely manner achieving the best result for all clients
- Sales progression - navigating the conveyancing process to see the deal across the line to completion
- Referring mortgage leads
- Overseeing all the administration duties
- Ensuring standards of excellence at all times
- Undertake any training courses where appropriate
- Carry out property viewings and any other reasonable duties as requested by the Management Team

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT knowledge
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Driving license required

**Desirable Criteria**
- A good local knowledge of the Greater Belfast area;
- A good understanding of the housing market in Northern Ireland;
- An understanding of estate agency software would be an advantage.
- At least one years experience in estate agency or a similar role

**Salary**: TBC depending on experience.

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Bonus scheme

- Belfast: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
