**Job description**

The company currently wishes to recruit Production Operators who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.

Nightshift positions available (Nightshift allowance for night workers)

**The Role**
- You will be required to work on the factory floor to assist team leads achieve daily production requirements.
- Positions available throughout the factory floor including Press, Paint and Router areas.
- Work as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements
- Ensure good housekeeping standards at all times
- Contribute towards achieving targets for the area: work order completion dates, productivity, HS & E, audit compliance etc

**The Person**

**Essential Requirements**:

- Good communication skills and work ethic;
- Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
- Ability to understand English, both written and oral
- Ability to follow work instructions

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in a factory environment is advantageous

**Nightshift Hours**

Monday-Thursday 8:30pm-6:30am

Sunday 11:30pm-6:30am
