Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Teacher to work in a small class of 24 pupils in year 1. The school is based in Caerphilly and is easily accessible by public transport and has parking facilities nearby. This high-achieving primary schoolencourages a safe and respectful learning environment, where the academic development of its’ pupils’ is the school’s key tenet.

The head teacher is eager to welcome an enthusiastic, nurturing, and reliable Teacher to the dynamic team of staff. This is a brilliant opportunity to expand your skillset in Education and gain more experience in the field.

**Requirements**:

- Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS)
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- 2 x professional references
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

**_Teaching Personnel can assist with obtaining a DBS and registering with the EWC if you haven’t already_**

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Plan lessons and prepare work in line with the school curriculum
- Provide additional support to pupils experiencing difficulties within the classroom, alongside the Teaching Assistant
- Mark pupils’ work and monitor progress
- Direct the work of Learning Support and Teaching Assistant(s)
- Encourage class engagement and socialisation
- Manage behaviours effectively

This primary school are seeking a creative, passionate, and caring Teacher to work effectively with pupils and other staff members.

**_Teaching Personnel can assist with acquiring a DBS & Registering with EWC if you are not already signed up_**
