Key responsibilities in brief will be:

- Twice weekly food orders
- Maintaining brand standards
- Training
- Effective labour control
- Effective food cost control
- Daily/Weekly paperwork
- Ensure all team members are producing the highest quality food.
- Managing a team of 8-15
- food counts once a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: Up to £9.90 per hour
