Service Support Administrator

Severn Hospice is a very special place to work and we’re looking for an experienced individual to provide proactive and efficient administrative and business support to our busy estates team.
The estates team is the driving force behind our well-maintained and safe buildings and facilities and is passionate about high standards of presentation across our sites.
As well as routine day-to-day administrative tasks you’ll support the smooth running of the hospice by helping to schedule and record maintenance, servicing and compliance tests for our buildings, equipment and vehicles. You’ll also support the team with procurement processes, maintain stock control and inventory records and place orders.
With attention to detail and a positive and flexible approach you’ll have excellent communication skills, a head for systems and processes and be a whiz with IT systems.
