**Life Science Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Company**:
Our client is one of the best global Life Science Recruitment Agencies with offices in New York, San Francisco, Berlin, and San Diego. They have a headcount of over 125 and have big expansion plans focused on the new entry level vacancies available.
They are experts in their markets: Pharma & Biotech, Medical Technology, Healthcare Comms and Digital Health. Recruiting for both permanent and contract positions.
- Year 1: £35,000**-£45,000 OTE**:
- Year 2: £45,000**-£60,000 OTE**:
- Year 3: £60,000**-£85,000 OTE**
**Life Science Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Expectations**
- Strong academics, top 40 university 2:1 or above and strong A-levels
- Preferred experience in sales, networking, client development or business to business experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong understanding of business or science fields and markets
- A passion and drive to build a successful career, be financially and professional successful
- A clear winning mentality who has clear goals
- A resilient individual with a competitive winning mindset and examples of this (E.g., played sport to a high, competitive level or have team experience within sports or competitions)
- Personality - bubbly, personable, engaging, and warm.
**Life Science Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Responsibilities**:
- Creating and producing advertisements for new roles based on given job specification.
- Generating new business (and maintaining and improving relationships with clients)
