JOB DESCRIPTION: Cleaner required; must be hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. Duties to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and other general cleaning. Areas to be cleaned include offices, classrooms and toilets. Use own initiative. A uniform will be provided.

WORKING PATTERN: 3:30-5:30PM or 6AM-8AM

REQUIREMENTS: A full DBS check will be carried out by Churchill which will be paid for by yourself. Previous cleaning experience is required.

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS: Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Driving License with Full Birth Certificate - PHOTO ID NEEDED FOR DBS; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.

JOB TYPE: Part-Time. 2 hours per day.

START DATE: Immediately once DBS is completed

Cleaning Operative Key responsibilities:
To undertake general cleaning duties to the prescribed standards as detailed in the site specification including:

- Cleaning interior surfaces, furnishings, fixtures and fittings
- Clean floors and floor coverings
- Maintain the internal environment
- Service toilet areas; clean all toilet appliances i.e. toilets, sinks etc. and replenish customer supplies ie. toilet rolls
- To clear and remove rubbish and other items from areas as detailed by the site specification and ensure the security of all areas at completion of duties.
- To maintain stocks of cleaning materials, order from suppliers where required and to control the usage of materials ensuring the cleaning cupboard is kept tidy at all times.
- To report any problems on site to the supervisor / account manager so they may be rectified immediately.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties/request commensurate with this position as designated by the account manager / supervisor/client/company
