Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well renowned main contractor with an extensive history of projects across private and public sectors are looking for a well-rounded and confident Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their East London based team.

**The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role**

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will immediately involved in a secured pipeline of working ranging in values from £500,000 to £15m with local authorities, housing associations, educational projects and private works.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Director of the East London office and should be capable of displaying their well-rounded approach to Quantity Surveying, have experience in remeasuring accounts and producing Bills of Quantitiesfrom drawings.

**The Senior Quantity Surveyor**
- 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or HNC/HND qualification in Construction essential
- Experience seeing projects through their life cycle essential
- Capable of producing Bills of Quantities
- Experience across various sectors essential
- Full valid UK driving license
- Willing to commute across London
