**_ Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)_**

**The Position**

Electrosonic is looking for an** IT Systems Support Coordinator** to join our **Dartford** team.

The role is to provide IT support and maintain Electrosonic computer systems and technology needs. You will troubleshoot IT problems, administer computer system updates as well as install hardware and software for different departments.

**What will you be doing?**
- Maintenance of IT Helpdesk Ticketing System
- In collaboration with the US IT Systems Manager, implement security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems, ensuring Electrosonic data and networks are safe and secure in
- Maintenance of Servers and Network Infrastructure, evaluating risks, developing network recovery and backup processes, scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
- Configuration and maintenance of end user device security and software patches
- Employee onboarding and offboarding, ongoing staff support with both hardware and software issues
- Managing local IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness
- Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively
- Evaluation of user needs and systems functionality, ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs
- Monitoring inventory of available hardware devices or computer accessories to assess purchasing needs
- Purchasing and configuration of new IT equipment according to the required specification
- Liaising with suppliers to manage costs and delivery times
- Managing mobile phone contracts
- Managing Microsoft 365 environment, including Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.
- Maintaining efficient relationships with other department heads to determine their technology needs
- Management of vendor contracts, subscriptions and licences
- Other duties as required or assigned by company management
- Ensure mandatory compliance with information security policies, standards and procedures.

**Person Specification**
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Programming, Computer Science, Software Engineering
- Experience providing IT solutions in a professional services industry
- Excellent understanding of the Microsoft Technology Stack - primarily E365, Azure and D365
- Sound understanding and development of cloud technologies/SaaS/ Cloud migrations
- Experience with remote support and collaboration tools for incident logging, service request tracking and asset management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with people at all levels in an organisation
- Proven experience in managing multiple outsourced IT providers, including negotiating purchases
- Implementing and maintaining IT & data security measures, monitoring and incident response planning with working experience of ISO 270001
- Knowledge of security frameworks and governance such as GDPR is an advantage
