**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join The May Fair Hotel as a Lobby Host.
- As a Lobby Host, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests, including check in and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations.

**About You**:

- Previous hotel reception experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel operation.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
