**Financial Reporting Manager | PE Backed Tech Company | London (Hybrid) | £75-85k plus bonus**
A private equity backed multinational technology business is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager. The Financial Reporting Manager will take ownership for the financial reporting function for the European business providing analysis and supporting theoperational needs of the business. The Financial Reporting Manager will manage a team of 3 people (likely to grow over the next 12-18 months) and report to the head of departments with significant exposure to the CFO and other C-Suite execs.
Alongside running the core financial reporting processes and European consolidation, the Financial Reporting Manager will play a key role in supporting due diligence and project financing for new projects, analysing business trends and providing insightfulvariance analysis, presenting the results to senior stake holders. This is a high profile role and the individual needs to have first rate communication skills as they will be interacting with very senior individuals across the business and the various Europeanentities.
Having recently gone under private equity ownership, there is a chance to gain equity in the business over the next couple of years. The PE firm has a plan to invest in the business and grow rapidly over the next 3-5 years before potential exit or IPO. Thereforethis is a fabulous time to join the organisation and play a key role in this journey.
The ideal profile would be a qualified practice/audit trained accountant (ACA / CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent) with post qualified experience. Exposure to line management would be preferred, strong knowledge of multi-currency consolidations is essential.
