Senior Research Fellow in Safe Use of Medicines

This position is to join the Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Translational Research Centre (Y&H PSTRC), a collaboration between Universities of Bradford and Leeds and Bradford Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust (BTHFT) one of three NIHR funded national patient safety centres. The Centre has a mission to provide safe healthcare of the highest quality at all times, and our research projects all aim to achieve that. You will be an experienced and able researcher with a passion to improve lives. You will be one of four senior researchers working within the Y&H PSTRC, with your role in the Safe Use of Medicines Theme, working closely with colleagues in the Digital Innovations and Patient Involvement in Patient Safety themes. You will be able to work successfully with a range of partners, patients, health care professionals, academics and researchers across multiple organisations, including within the Medicines Optimisation Group at the School of Pharmacy & Medical Sciences with 4 senior academic staff, 5 postdoctoral research fellows and several PhD students. You will work within Y&H PSSTRC and as part of this supportive group to set-up and implement research projects across the region and nationally. You are able to manage your own workload and duties, and deliver to deadlines.
