Job description and requirements

On behalf of our client, the Largest Charity in UK, we are looking for a residential team manager to join a new home in Enfield. You will need a few years of experience in the residential setting and experience managing a team If you aspire to be a manager,we would still want to hear from you if the experience matches our requirements. It is mandatory that you have worked with children before and within residential, social care set up.

To be considered for this role you must be able to understand the needs of young people and children struggling with complex needs and behaviour in educational, youth work and health setting. The children inside the home are at high risk and have highlychallenging behaviour due to past traumas. Residential Child care qualification, level 3/4 children and young people workforce - kind of qualifications are preferred but if you are aspiring to undertake these, we will be there to support you. Sometimes goodexperience overcomes the qualifications which our client is happy to understand and support your journey.
