Job Title - Customer Service Assistant

Location - Chichester, West Sussex

We are a young entrepreneurial company working with one of the UK’s leading Challenger Banks, OneSavings Bank. Acting as Branch Agents from our Chichester and Littlehampton Branches, supporting their Retail Savings franchise, KentReliance.

We are looking for two ambitious Customer Service Assistants to join us on our journey. Someone who will embrace our company values. Who is passionate, open, and honest, works together as a team, treats everyone as equal, and always strives to do the right thing - with a little bit of fun along the way

Your responsibilities will include.
- Helping our customers with their day-to-day banking and savings needs.
- Depositing and withdrawing cash from customer accounts.
- Directing customers who may need additional support from other team members.
- Promoting our savings products to both new and existing customers.
- Reconciling daily reports and checking data input.
- Supporting our Branch Manager, and Senior Customer Assistant’s.

Your required skills include.
- Providing exceptional customer service and have great customer rapport.
- Excellent communication skills - both with customers and with other team members.
- The ability to gather information, review, and prioritise.
- Able to listen to instructions and operate within a highly regulated environment.
- Work systemically in process driven tasks efficiently, and within a timely manner.
- Remain calm and focused whilst adjusting to changing circumstances.
- Take ownership to keep things working the way they should do.
- Openness and willing to learn.
- Personal drive and motivation
- Enthusiastic, Positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic computer skills

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
