The Grand, York is recruiting for a Revenue Supervisor support the Revenue Director in maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and analysis of market trends. You will responsible for monitoring and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly, managing and optimizing the hotel’s inventory across all distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, and GDS, preparing and analysing revenue reports, providing insights and recommendations to the Revenue Director and senior management, managing of setup, configuration and maintenance of various systems, including but not limited to, Opera, Opentable, booking live, spa system, Avvio, GMS/Rezque, SynXis. As a Revenue Supervisor you will collaborate with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure alignment on pricing and promotional strategies as well as supporting with the supervision and management of the reservations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professionalism.
