**Position: Personal Assistant to Quality Checker**

**Salary: £14.50 per hour**

**Hours: 8 hours per week**

**Service: Croydon, Surrey**

**About Your Role**
- To support the Quality Checker with organisation of attending meetings and other required events, including support with planning travel, attendance and diary arrangements.
- To monitor and keep accurate records of working hours of the Quality Checker ensuring that hours do not exceed guidelines and highlight if there is a conflict to this.
- To support the Quality Checker to plan and attend services to complete and record audits.
- To support the Quality Checker to complete reports and feedback to the appropriate Managers and the Senior Management Team.
- To support the Quality Checker to prepare presentations and compile activity reports for any associated meetings.
- To work flexibly in line with the schedule of the Quality Checker role, inclusive of occasional overnight stays.
- To attend meetings/seminars/events/conferences and research and resource where appropriate in line with the set objectives for the event.
- To ensure the safety of the person supported at all times, reporting promptly any concerns about their health, safety or wellbeing.
