**Job Title:Bank Care Assistant - Sutton & Surrounding Areas**

**Hourly Pay**:£13.85/hour (plus enhanced bank holiday rates)

**Location**:Sutton, South London and nearby areas (e.g., Cheam, Carshalton, Wallington, Worcester Parke, Morden,)

**About Us**:Fond of Care is a small and growing home care provider based in Sutton, offering high-quality, person-centred support. We take time to match our carers to clients thoughtfully and aim for consistency, trust, and compassion in everything we do.

**About the Role**:We are looking for kind, reliable, and flexible care assistants to join our small team on a **bank (as-needed) basis**, with potential to move into regular part-time hours.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Supporting elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication support
- Light housework and companionship
- Accurate record-keeping via our electronic system

**Shift Patterns**:

- Morning, evening, and weekend availability ideal
- Block hours (2+ hours), 30/45 min visits
- Occasional night shifts (sleep-in or waking)

**Requirements**:

- Previous care experience preferred (not essential if caring and trainable)
- Good spoken and written English
- Must live locally or be able to travel reliably to Sutton and nearby areas
- Right to work in the UK
- Willing to undergo a **DBS check** and provide **2 references**:
