**Admin Co-ordinator**

No experience necessary as full training can be provided.

Are you someone with a background in retail or office environments, who thrives on interacting with customers? If so, this opportunity is perfect for you. As an Admin Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the business and the clients.

**Key responsibilities & tasks**:

- To process all sales orders.
- To take ownership of all new quotes that have been ordered.
- To make contact with the customer once order is placed.
- Liaising with the customer on what information is still required to be confirmed.
- Support the Sales team with all administration and inputting of quotations for existing clients and new business clients.
- Action amendments to sales orders where appropriate.
- Ensure work-load is managed and that all orders received are cleared on the same day.
- To learn and become competent on Sage 200.
- Allocate stock to projects orders
- Maintain the customer database
- Completing any additional paperwork and reports as and when required.
- Work with credit control to ensure prompt resolution to queries.
- Liaising with logistics and the warehouse team.
