As we evolve our structure to better serve our customers, we are looking to recruit an experienced Merchandiser (Mens & Boys) to ensure the availability of stock for each product range and meet demand within the agreed commercial parameters - sales, stock, service and margin.

**As a Merchandiser at Studio, you will be responsible for**:

- Creating and implementing the merchandising plan that meets the product category/range and commercial performance requirements
- Providing accurate information to inform and challenge the Buyers’ decisions on purchasing/stock management/trading of the product range
- Coaching and mentoring assistant merchandisers to deliver with confidence and competence
- Managing the operational stock position for the relevant product range
- Identifying, building and maintaining key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver the right stock cover at all times for the product range
- Risk Management

**Who are we looking for?**
- Recent and proven track record of delivery consistent results/outcomes as a product merchandiser
- Team working and good communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail sector
- Experience of working in a digital and/or publications business
- Recent experience of developing supplier relationships within the product footwear arena
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Sound commercial and numerical skills including detailed analysis
- Data savvy
- Ability to translate complex data
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence peer groups
