**Who Are We?**

We are the **National Ice Centre & Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham**, which incorporates National Merchandise, National Catering, and Ice Locker.

We are the premier entertainment venue in the East Midlands with 2 Olympic sized ice pads and an arena with a crowd capacity of 10,000.

At our venue we showcase the biggest names in music, comedy, entertainment, and sport. We host over 100 events and welcome 800,000+ visitors through our doors each year.

We are also home to the Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey Team, who play 30+ home league & cups games each season.

**National Merchandise** offers a wide range of services including Merchandise Development, Venue Merchandise Sales Management and Live Event Merchandise Sales.

National Merchandise manage the venue merchandising teams for our Arena, O2 London, Glasgow SSE Hydro Arena and Liverpool's Echo Arena to name a few. In addition, they manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live events and festivals across venues around the UK.

No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise they cover all level of events from a small programme sporting event to a large stadium concert merchandise event.

**National Catering** offers the best in food and drink to customers visiting our venue through our onsite cafes. In addition, they create an unforgettable experience for concert and event goers by offering a wide range of mouth-watering food and drinks on the concourse.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced Travel Co-ordinator to join our team.

**What are we offering?**

£25,000 to £28,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

**Further Information.**

The Travel Co-ordinator will manage all transportation activities for the National Ice Centre, National Merchandise and National Catering events.

They will be responsible for managing the logistics for all vehicles including trailers around our various locations.

They will be responsible for the maintenance of the Commercial (National Merchandise and National Catering) trailers as well as the National Ice Centre vehicle fleet.

Flexibility is key as the Travel Co-ordinator will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays to deliver our varying festival and venue commitments.

An organised person, they will manage the movement of vehicles, stock and staff ensuring the correct type of vehicle is arranged with an appropriate driver in an efficient and timely manner.

They will have an excellent understanding of route and travel planning, with experience of towing and moving trailers whilst driving large vehicles. A full, clean driving licence which includes a minimum of B&E would be an advantage.

Experience of using a tachograph and/or managing the driver tachograph process would be an advantage.

Open and approachable, they will like to problem solve and have ‘Can Do’, solution finding attitude. They will have a good understanding of budgets and spending limits and be an excellent communicator.
