We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families. Our service user is a wonderful young lady, in her mid teens, who requires the support of a care team throughout the day. She enjoys getting involved in lots of different activities and some of her favourite things to do are baking, arts and crafts, listening to music and going for walks in the local community. Pamper days, painting nails, reading and singing are also another of the many things she likes to have fun doing with her care team. We are looking for enthusiastic carers with lots of personality, who are passionate about working with young people and are happy get involved in everything she enjoys. **Our service users parents have kindly provided some further information and lovely words below**: **"Our 15 year old daughter is loved by all who know her She is the most beautiful, brave and inspiring angel who has defied the odds and has been described as a 'little miracle'.** **She lives between her two lovely, clean, modern and fully adapted homes with Mum (Rawtenstall) and Dad (Accrington).** **The carers from Apollo who have been with us as a family for the last 2 years describe it as a 'dream package' to work on and due to an increase in hours we now need to add to the team.** **We are mainly looking at night shifts but there will also be some days available at times. Our daughter is fully reliant on adults to meet her needs, she has no behaviour issues at all and is a gentle, innocent and precious soul who captivates everyone."** **Essential Experience Required** - 3 months previous care experience - Medication Administration - Personal Care - Moving and Handling **Desirable Experience** - Oxygen Administration (BI-PAP) **We have the following shifts available;** - Part Time - minimum 16 hrs per week - Days - 8am-5pm & 8am-6pm **This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and really making an impact on her day-to-day life.** **Why work for Apollo Home Healthcare?**: We specialise in the provision of highly complex clinical care services delivered in the homes of service users.
