Job Summary As part of our night team, you will provide specialist care and personal support for a bright and happy 7‑year‑old boy with complex healthcare needs in his home. Your responsibilities will include monitoring his condition, providing essential clinical care (ventilation support, oxygen therapy, feeding and safe handling), and ensuring his comfort, safety and wellbeing throughout the night. Responsibilities Support personal care, mobility, feeding and clinical care for a patient with complex needs. Provide vigilant monitoring and respond to changes in condition. Act as part of a dedicated team ensuring a safe and nurturing environment at night. Qualifications & Experience At least 3 months of care experience. Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling. Clear communication skills and ability to provide compassionate care. Requirements The client has requested female care staff. Must be able to work nights (7 pm‑7 am) with 3 shifts per week. Pay & Hours Pay rate: £14.00–£18.00 per hour (enhancements for nights and weekends). Full‑time, night shift, 3 shifts per week.
