**Freelance CRO / Web Data Analyst, Hybrid in London, £300 per day [Inside IR35], 4-month contract**

Major Players are working with an integrated advertising agency, connecting media, creative, data, and technology to deliver modern marketing, who, over the past 5 years have developed a partnership with a global technology brand in the data and analyticsspace.

As a **CRO / Web Data Analyst**, you will play a large part in shaping engagement, driving DTC growth to match the clients ambitions. Specifically, you'll be developing and building reporting solutions that enable rich insights and optimisationcapabilities for the DTC commercial team.

As a**CRO / Web Data Analyst** you will:

- Support the wider team by conducting A/B testing, and supporting performance metrics and customer journeys on the website
- Own channel sales and traffic target setting on an annual and quarterly basis, working with teams across the organisation from finance to marketing
- Work with the wider Solutions & Data Product team to manage and further develop the DTC data platform (in Google Cloud Platform)

The **CRO / Web Data Analyst** will need:

- 3+ years of CRO or Web Analysis experience
- Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target experience (ideal)
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
- Ecommerce analytics experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

**Location: Hybrid working in Holborn, London**
