Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated CRO Specialist to lead the analysis, experimentation, and optimization of our digital platforms. You'll be tasked with identifying barriers to conversion and developing outcome-focused strategies to continually improve conversion rates across our legacy websites. This is a hands-on role offering a unique level of ownership and autonomy—ideal for a senior CRO specialist who wants to make a clear, measurable impact without the red tape of agency environments.

What You'll Own & Lead

  • Conduct detailed audits of legacy websites to understand current conversion challenges.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing plans to validate hypotheses.
  • Deliver actionable UX/UI improvement recommendations in collaboration with our design and development teams.
  • Gather and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to inform CRO strategy.
  • Translate tests and initiatives into performance-enhancing site updates.
  • Build and communicate data-driven reports detailing conversion trends and recommendations.
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards and identify strategic improvement areas.
  • Own the CRO roadmap—prioritising tasks that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Work hand in hand with internal teams including UX/UI, product, analytics, and content to ensure a unified digital journey.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Proven commercial experience in a CRO role, with a portfolio of successful projects that measurably improved conversion metrics.
  • Exceptional understanding of CRO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of user experience principles and how they intersect with conversion strategy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in A/B and split testing framework design and implementation.
  • Ability to independently identify, test, and validate site changes with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills & comfortable presenting data-led recommendations to multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in direct-to-consumer or high-traffic digital environments is a plus.
