We are looking for a part time office administrator to join the company to assist with the day to day running of it. This will involve managing job bookings using a computer based system and pro-actively managing the work load and engineers. This work can be carried out at home, or within our office based in Brighton. Hours are flexible although the engineers work between 0800hrs and 1600hrs and as such the work will need to be carried out during those hours. There will be plenty of scope to do more hours than the minimum advertised.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Maintain contact lists

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g. computer, printer, copier)
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Xero)
- Data entry skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
