**Software Engineer - Java Developer | Circa £45,000 | Oxford | Hybrid**
Sanderson are partnering with a market leading, software development company looking for a Front-End Java/JavaScript developers to join the Product Development team on a permanent, full-time basis. The primary purpose of the roles is to be part of the teamthat designs, implements, and tests the primary software products of the company, within an Agile SCRUM environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement - design, code, and test - enhancements or bug fixes as required following best practice software development methods.
- Work with Product Quality Control to ensure that delivered solutions are robust and reliable and have a high degree of usability.
**Requirements**:
- A good computer software degree and software development experience within a commercial environment.
- Java and JEE.
- XML, CSS, JavaScript, HTML.
- Good understanding of UX and UI.
- Sound understanding of agile theory and practice.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills - written, oral, and interpersonal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, with a focus on team objectives & deliverables.
Experience with one or more MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQLServer desirable
