West Norfolk Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHT) and South Norfolk Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) are looking to enhance and strengthen their multidisciplinary team with this advanced clinical role.

This opportunity will support the chosen individual to complete a journey of work, study, supervision and support leading to an advanced qualification and exciting future pathway.

Staff development is of paramount importance for the West and South care group, not just on an individual basis but also for teams as a whole. Staff development improves patient safety, experience and clinical effectiveness and the leadership team are dedicated to support 2 individuals along this journey.

We are looking for a dynamic Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner who is keen to be part of transformation and is able to lead change. We want creativity, innovation and passion towards quality improvement and providing excellent patient care.

The post holder will be an experienced nurse, social worker or occupational therapist who acting within their own professional boundaries will provide care for presenting service users from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.

The post holder will be able to demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will work with the medical team to meet the needs of the service users and provide clinical professional leadership.
