We are now looking to appoint a Student Support Worker who has the tenacity, skills and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment and the passion to help our children to progress and develop.

The post holder will be expected to undertake a wide range of duties including developing restorative and relational approaches to inclusion and to support progress and liaison with families and other services to secure attendance and engagement.

It is essential that the post holder s our school ethos which is firmly rooted in a restorative approach and the following values: to ‘Know our children well’; to be ‘Partners in Learning’; to develop ‘Character for Achievement’; to ‘Enjoy and Aspire’. We firmly believe that in order to move forwards we need to be prepared and able to ‘do things differently and do different things’.
