Here at Chessington World of Adventures, our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Guest Help & Information Team Leader to join the team

As a Guest Help & Information Team Leader, you will ensure that the highest levels of service and performance are delivered by ensuring effective leadership, motivation and coaching of a team of Guest Services hosts.

You will ensure that the team are meeting customer satisfaction targets and KPI scores in order to meet business needs and serve as an escalation point for guests to speak with a manager.

It will be your responsibility to not only manage your direct reports but also the day-to-day performance of all hosts working during your scheduled shift.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- We need you to come with the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a jawdropping experience to our Guests
- Be a strong team player with an upbeat and approachable persona
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and be flexible to changing priorities and demands
- A passion for delivering, and leading others to deliver excellent customer service
- Previous supervisory experience within a customer service environment is preferable

**Please note: due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18.**

**Pay Range**:
