Job Title: Marketing Executive - Cyber Services

Location: Stoke on Trent/Hybrid

**Salary**: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.

. Part time will be considered.

**Job Purpose**:
We seek a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the team to develop and promote our Cyber Services.

Create compelling and informative marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our cyber services to SMEs.

Collaborate with the cyber and management team to develop targeted messaging and marketing materials that address the cybersecurity concerns and priorities of SMEs and facilitate lead generation and conversion.

Manage the company's online presence in regard to Cyber Services, including website content, blog posts, social media accounts, and online communities, to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads from SMEs.

Measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to the management teams in review of marketing effectiveness.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To work with our Cyber Services Department to develop and create engaging, original content to promote our cyber services.
- To create marketing material to be used across different marketing channels and platforms. Such as: blog posts, articles and graphics.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including an external marketing agency, Forensic Case Team and Strategic Management Team, to align strategies and deliver cohesive solutions to clients.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new customers onto existing services, and converting sales opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current, and unreached client base across the Private and Public Sectors, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, prospects and partnerships to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- To monitor, track, and analyse key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns, adjusting strategies as and when required.

Qualifications:

- Sound academic achievement.
- Strong verbal, written communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Such as: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter). An understanding of how of how each platform can be applied in different scenarios.

Skilled in creating and editing visually appealing content using graphic design tools, across all media.

Demonstrable social networking experience and analytical tools knowledge.

Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.

**Job Type**: One-year Fixed Term, with a view to extending to a permanent position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
