We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our vibrant team. As a vital part of our establishment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring that every patron enjoys outstanding service and quality food.
**Duties**
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting customers warmly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction.
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing exceptional guest services.
- Experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous, particularly in food preparation and culinary tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to ensure compliance within the kitchen.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently, enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to sales goals.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to help colleagues when required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
