**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
To provide administrative support for our HR team. This will cover the different areas of our function - HR Advice, Resourcing, Talent and Learning, Payroll and Systems.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide generalist and specialist administrative support to the HR team on a day-to-day basis
- Supporting with customer/colleague queries in different specialist areas allowing for reprioritising to accommodate changes
- Ensure complex queries are passed across to the right team members
- Accurately process task requests in accordance with policies and process flows
- Adhere to policies and processes taking corrective action where necessary
- Work with the broader team to manage our FreshServe tickets
- Support with team activities on behalf of the whole business to achieve key projects
- Provide diary management and admin support to key senior leaders in the HR team
**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Ideally experience of HR admin and payroll processes
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, administration skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fully Competent for Microsoft Office
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Takes initiative to seek out process and customer experience improvements
- Excellent customer service skills and manner
- Team player with a collaborative approach
