**Print Shift Coordinator**

Eurostampa UK, a leading print specialist in Glasgow, are looking for a Shift Coordinator to join our production team.

If you are a team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate resources effectively, and can lead by example, this is the role for you.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Effectively coordinate the business resources to optimise efficiencies to deliver our customer requirements in the most cost-effective way
- Liaise with the management team along with planning/customer service departments to ensure the most suitable running order for our equipment, in the most cost-efficient manner
- Ensure compliance is adhered to, including BRC, ISO, FSC
- Support the quality function through the continuous improvement process to reduce External and Internal non-conformances
- Assist with maintenance and service of machinery to agreed standards
- Assist and help drive improvements through our internal improvement system
- Help to drive and maintain our continuous improvement culture
- Co-ordination of shift personnel and departments to achieve optimum results
- Ensure Health & Safety guidelines are always adhered to

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a print environment is advantageous
- Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly
- A good understanding of compliance within a manufacturing/print environment
- Excellent coordination, communication and planning skills
