Project Overview
the Client is working on a strategic Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) programme and is re-shaping the way authentication, digital identity and anti-fraud capabilities are supporting our customer journeys across the globe. In this multi-year programme,the Client will develop its strategic CIAM capability to be used across all parts of the organisation and in all markets, bringing unification to the security capabilities used on mobile and Web channels. Among others, in this project, the Client will focuson standardising its CIAM tooling and security APIS, ways of authentication (including passwordless and biometrics) and on adoption of open industry standards for authentication and federation. In addition, the Client will consolidate the existing DigitalIdentity efforts and work on their integration with the strategic CIAM tooling.
Role Description
1. Gather requirements for the new Customer IAM proposal and strategy in line with business expectations and identified requirements
2. Establishing an engagement model with business and technical stakeholders across all Global Banking/Global Functions (GB/GFs)
3. Forming a unified view and proposal of the Digital Identity efforts across the group
4. Working directly with the CIAM Project Manager to drive execution of the global CIAM strategy
5. Working with distributed development teams to support the delivery of the new and strategic CIAM capability
6. Providing assistance with the end to end process flow documentation for CIAM
7. Assisting in preparation of demonstrable journeys on the configured CIAM tooling
8. Engaging with vendors of the CIAM, anti-fraud and Digital Identity toolings
Role Requirements:
1. Good understanding of the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) domain
2. Understanding of strong authentication (MFA), biometric (incl. behaviour biometrics) authentication, passwordless authentication and new trends in e-banking
3. Understanding of Digital Identity and Open Banking as well as new trends in e-banking
4. Experience in working with fraud detection and prevention toolings; familiarity with emerging technologies such as FIDO2 and OpenID Connect; understanding of authentication on the Web as well as on mobile devices
5. Excellent leadership skills and a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
6. Proficient in effectively engaging and managing complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the Clients as well as working with cross-functional and diverse teams
7. Proven ability to interact with senior C-level stakeholders
8. Ability to direct the vision, to plan and to drive the execution of complex programmes
9. Ability to translate complex technical issues to business language
10. Excellent planning and time management skills; ability to self-organise
11. Ability to model workflows/business processes
12. Working with JIRA/Atlassian suite
13. Working in a complex and distributed organization
