Applications are invited for two Learning and Teaching Administrator posts, to join an outstanding Professional Services team in the School of Divinity. These posts will provide an effective administrative service for all aspects of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, learning and assessment in the School and will support undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate taught (PGT) Boards of Examiners and all related processes.

The post holders will work in close coordination with one another to jointly provide course and programme support across the full taught curriculum and ensure continuity of service. Elements of the remit will be divided between the two posts, with each post holder also acting as course secretary for their own suite of assigned courses.

Effectiveness in these roles critically requires someone who can work well with others, has a friendly, approachable manner, meets all deadlines and is committed to providing the highest possible quality of service to students and staff.

These are full-time, open-ended appointments.

- Good interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and numerical skills
- Ability to gather, collate and enter data with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise own work activities
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative; a proactive approach to seeking out information and proven experience of showing good judgement in resolving problems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
