We are looking for a dynamic customer service assistant aged 18+ who will take pride in all parts of the job roll from making the best latte's to pulling a top quality Guinness, always providing outstanding customer service. You must be friendly and proactive with a can do attitude to challenging occasions.

Your shifts will vary from mornings, evenings and weekends this is dependent on the business needs so some flexibility is required. Responsibilities will vary from greeting our regular Golfers with a friendly hello, serving customers, supporting private function events, such as birthday parties engagement parties and more. occasionally you will be reasonable for securing the main building and setting an alarm.

Previous experience isn't necessary as full inhouse training is given.

**Responsibilities**:
To provide outstanding hospitality and customer service to all clubhouse customers.

Preparation of speciality coffees and promotional drinks throughout the year.

Ensure that food and drink served to customers is of a consistently high standard and well presented.

To maintain a clean and tidy environment at all times in the club house and the private function room.

To comply with the set-up, set-down and cleaning procedures of the club house on a daily basis and as required.

To develop a full knowledge of products offered at the clubhouse and be confident in sharing the knowledge with our customers.

To be a key holder and responsible for the opening an closing procedure for the clubhouse

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swindon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: One location

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £6.38-£10.47 per hour
