**Sales Appointment Setter - The Converters Group** Location: Dunfermline, Fife Hourly Rate + Commission + Bonus Hours: Mon-Fri, 4pm-8pm (optional weekend hours available) **About Us** The Converters Group is one of Scotland’s fastest-growing home improvement specialists, covering Conservatory Conversions, Garage Conversions, Home Extensions, Windows & Doors and more. Our Tele Sales Division is dedicated to generating and managing high-quality leads for our sales teams. We’re now looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our growing team as **Sales Appointment Setters**. **The Role** You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with warm leads and booking appointments for our sales surveyors. Working afternoons and evenings, this role is perfect for someone who’s target-driven, enjoys speaking to people, and wants to earn commission on top of their base pay. **Key Responsibilities** - Make outbound calls to potential customers from incoming leads - Follow up on warm enquiries and web leads - Qualify customer needs and book appointments for sales surveyors - Maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Achieve daily and weekly booking targets - Support the wider sales team by providing quality leads **What We’re Looking For** - Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner - Previous telesales/appointment setting experience desirable (but not essential) - Target-driven and motivated by results - Resilient, with a positive "can-do" attitude - Comfortable working evenings (4pm-8pm, Mon-Fri) with optional weekend hours **What We Offer** - Competitive hourly pay + attractive commission structure - Flexible voluntary weekend shifts to increase earnings - Full training and support - no experience necessary - Career progression opportunities within The Converters Group - Friendly, supportive team environment **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: £16,000.00-£25,000.00 per year Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking Work Location: In person
