We are looking for a detail-oriented experienced legal assistant to join our Family Team in our Lincoln office to assist our fee earners. The role of the legal assistant is key to the effective performance of the business and its members.

The postholder will be responsible for day to day administrative tasks to support the Family Legal Team, to support clients and demonstrate outstanding organisational skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Liaising with staff members to progress files/support fee earners.

Ø Report to the head of the Family Team in relation to the performance of their duties.

Ø Facilitate the effective organisation of the department on a day to day basis.

Person Specification:
Ø Must be results driven, be highly adaptable and flexible, work comfortably in a fast paced and dynamic legal environment.

Ø Set the highest standard of customer service.

Ø Have the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Ø Be proactive and self-motivated.

Ø Must have excellent communication skills.

Ø Excellent attention to detail.

Ø Excellent time management and organisation skills.

Ø The role is a full time role.

Qualification/Experience:
Ø Preference for experience working in a legal environment.

Ø Preference for experience of working within a fast-paced fast evolving and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
