**Salary: £22,000 - 23,800**
**Location: Manchester**
**Hours: 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
This role is responsible for providing world-class customer service to everyone in our store. You must put the customer at the heart of your decision making, whilst following internal policies and processes.?
Building relationships with our external service providers and dealerships whom we have accounts with is key to this role so we can resolve customer queries.
We’ll also offer training and development, as well as great career opportunities in our fast growing business. Our target is to be double the size we are today in the next three years.
**WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL? **
Experience in retail, hospitality, a contact centre or other customer service role is essential. Alongside excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) is essential for this role. More importantly you need empathy and emotional intelligence asthe interactions you will have will be people who may not be having a good day.
Experience handling complaints would be ideal but more importantly any experience dealing with customer service or the public day to day would be great (i.e retail, call centre, hospitality etc).
You will need a Full and Valid Driving License.**WHAT CAN I EXPECT?**

**Basic: £22,000**
**OTE: £23,800**
