**The position as Resourcer**

**Responsibilities for a Resourcer**:
Tasks and responsibilities of the Resourcer include but are not limited to
- Collate marketing responses and perform initial screening
- Complete worker referencing process in line with customer requirements
- Provide continuous worker welfare and support post start date
- Other operational supporting duties as required during busy periods or times of colleague holidays
- Flexible to support business needs / requirements
- Numerate & PC literate
- Effective communication skills, and able to build relationships and rapport
- Good time management skills
- Highly organised and can work effectively under pressure
- Methodical with high attention to detail
